Indian Head massage
Indian Head massage is based on centuries old Ayurvedic techniques. The patient remains fully clothed and gentle massage strokes are applied to the head, face, neck and shoulders. The result is a very relaxing, peaceful treatment which helps to calm the whole body.
Sports massage
Sports massage consists of a series of deep, stretching techniques to relieve muscle tension, coupled with other strokes to promote healthy circulation. It is ideal for overcoming the aches, pains and knots induced by strenuous exercise, or to prepare you for events/competitions.
